After preparing the spectrometer for the IS measurements it is advised to confirm that no error has been done
in spectrometer's adjustmnet, calibration and experimental parameters selection.
It will suffice to compare the results obtained by user (see note) with the data from the Handbook
(see note). IL shape, ionization loss , signal-to-noise ratio must all be observed to be compatible.
For informative comparison of the published and experimentally obtained spectra it is recommended
to use the same experimental settings as given in the Handbook. After assuring of spectrometer's correct
operation the user may continue with the IS qualitative analysis.
