NOTE

First of all, it is neccessary to reproduce the elemental compositions of the sutfaces with already published electronic spectra. The best is to reproduce the composition of atomically clean surfaces of simple substances. This can be silicon for example. It is easily cleaned by the ion sputtering and has a sufficiently intensive ionization spectrum. The in-situ deposited films of simple substances can also be used.
